My apartments in Puerto del Carmen
Welcome to the island of Lanzarote!
My name is Pascal, I am a diver and passionate about photography, travel and hiking. I love the waters around Puerto del Carmen for their flora and fauna, and I used to visit regularly. Now I live on the island for part of the year. I have two properties available for seasonal rental (from 5 days to 3 months). These apartments are called ‘Casa Del Buzo’ (the diver’s house) and ‘Casa De los Amigos’ (the friends’ house).
Jean Luc, on my right in the photo, giving the thumbs up to say that everything is fine in Lanzarote, also lives here, speaks 5 languages (yes, really!) and provides the concierge services you need for a great stay.
Description of furnished and equipped apartments for 2 to 4 people
One is located on the first floor of a quiet and secure residence with an elevator. The second is on the second floor.
Each apartment includes:
- a large bedroom;
- a living room with a comfortable sofa bed;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a balcony with a dining area and a view of the pool and palm trees;
- a fully equipped kitchen (with oven for Casa Del Buzo

Residence with swimming pool
Two swimming pools for adults and children are reserved for residents.
Shops within a 5-minute walk
You will find many shops nearby. The accommodation is located:
- next to a SPAR mini-market
- 200 meters from a LIDL
- 200 meters from a BIOSPHERA shopping center
- 5 minutes from Avenida de la Playa, a large seafront avenue where most of the shops and restaurants are located
- 100 meters from the brand new MERCADONA
Beach and diving
The residence is located:
- 3 minutes from the Aquasport Diving diving club run by our friends Eric and Geraldine
- 5 minutes’ walk from Playa Chica and Playa Grande

The cost is €60 to €70 per night for two people (depending on promotions).

TV & WiFi
There is WiFi available and you can watch French programs on our TV via apps such as MOLOTOV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, etc.

They include tourist taxes and management fees, laundry, and cleaning on departure.
Linen provided
The following items are provided :
- kitchen towels
- bed sheets
- bath towels
- beach towels.
For Children
Each apartment has a high chair and a bathtub for children. Board games and beach toys are available in the apartment and within the residence, under parental supervision, in a dedicated children’s area (swing, playhouse).
Swimming pool
There are two swimming pools (open during the day) and a solarium, but for those who want a little shade, you can relax under the parasols and palm trees of the residence.
Secure entrance
Access to the residence is secure. Each set of keys has a beeper that triggers the door to open.
Concierge service
A local contact person can assist with all types of questions: what to do, where to go, what are the best deals, etc., or in case of problems.
Elevator
The floors of the residence are served by two elevators.

15 jours bien remplis chez christine et Pascal :j’ai aimé l’appartement à la déco marine, Sonia a aimé la piscine et ses bains de soleil à l’abri des palmiers de la residence, vacances en famille sympa à prix raisonnable.

un séjour formidable passé à Lanzarote. je me suis éclaté en formation Apnée avec Christian Vogler d’aquasport.
on était très très bien dans ton logement.je reviendrai c’est sûr.

Avons passé une semaine très active. Joli logement et bien situé. à une prochaine fois j’espère ou au plaisir de se voir pour une plongée en Mer du Nord. Amicalement.

Voilà, il faut partir après deux semaines passées à casa del buzo. Faire nouvel an au soleil , c’est cool !! pas de pulls de grosses chaussettes . on a même choppé des coups de soleil ! on reviendra bises

deuxième sejour dans l’appartement:déconnexion et decontraction!!! sympa le kit de bienvenue surtout quand on arrive tard . a bientôt au salon de la plongée.

Vacances sportives avec une de nos filles: très contents d’avoir rencontré et fait des activités avec Marine Grosjean que nous suivons lors de ses compétitions depuis longtemps. logement bien situé au milieu de tout effectivement la voiture ne nous a pas été necessaire sauf les après midis pour visiter l’ile .
