Aquasport Free diving Lanzarote
Freediving, a sport that is becoming increasingly popular and well known thanks to the performances of great athletes, is now available in Lanzarote. Christian Vogler, physical trainer, founder and manager of Team Abyss (an elite freediving team), is waiting to introduce you to this sport. He was coach of the French freediving team from 2011 to 2023 and is waiting to introduce you to the sport, train you and help you perform at your best.

Team Abyss
Freediving is an extreme individual sport, but its strength lies in teamwork. From the preparation coach to the safety divers who supervise each dive, the success of a deep dive depends on a close-knit team with shared goals. That’s why the first professional freediving team was created, made up of five athletes who hold several world records. A team of experts, all united by strong values, provides support on specific topics such as equalisation, hypnosis, yoga, etc.
